The quality is lacking, the sizing is off, and while customer service replies quickly, they’re pretty much no help at all. I got a gown as a gift and had it embroidered. The notice about no returns is totally buried and hard to find on the mobile site. It’s tucked away at the bottom, near the second part, and you gotta scroll down to see it. I had no clue about the company’s policy, and they seem to ignore consumer rights completely. Good thing I’m well-versed in this stuff...

This robe looks pretty good, but it’s a tad tight.

This bathrobe is beautiful, but I was surprised by the threads and fluff. There were loose cotton bits everywhere in the house until I gave it a wash.

I usually wear a small or medium, so I went with medium. It felt more like an XS. I could BARELY wrap the robe around me, and when I sat down, everything was on display. The hood was pushing down on my neck. Your size chart is seriously off. Plus, the robe doesn’t feel luxurious at all. It’s rough and scratchy. When I first pulled it out of the package, it had a strange smell, so I washed it immediately by itself. We’ve got new washers and a filtered ionized whole house water system, but it still smelled odd. I asked if it was made overseas, but they didn’t respond to that. Thankfully, I got a return label because there’s no way this was worth what I paid. On the bright side, the design (pink diamonds) was fantastic. I was really disappointed because I was looking forward to a nice robe! Please sort these issues out! The designs are great; I just want to enjoy a comfy robe after my shower.
